The combbound version of this book, which is titled "The Mindset of a Martial Artist 2", contains over 110 full-color, high-quality photographic images. The combbound book contains chapters that are not included in the paperback. This form of the book is NOT mass-produced, rather it is a collector's item. Only 5 or 6 of these books are produced by myself each month. The price of each combbound book is $20 (shipping is extra). Payment must be made by either money order or cashier check. Sorry, no personal checks, charge-on-delivery, or credit card orders will be accepted. Please do not send cash.

Your message must include your full name, current postal mailing address and the number of copies you would like (limit 2 per order).
